Ideal candidates

In addition to our technical/development roles, we particularly value customer service backgrounds from sectors such as retail, hospitality, health care etc… and a high attention to detail are required for all roles. We look for team members to carry this experience through to their interactions with clients, strengthening working relationships where appropriate.

Basic requirements for all roles

  • No technical knowledge of our systems is required as all training will be provided. However basic knowledge of MS office packages is essential in all cases.
  • For technical/customer support roles, a willingness to understand Software Development process.
  • Excellent and clear communication, listening and problem-solving skills, including patience when dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Organised approach with an attention to detail.
  • Successful candidates will be screened in line with BS7858. This includes full DBS and pre-screen checks plus full 10 year or back to school, checkable work history.

Bristol Our Bristol office is just on the outskirts of the city centre on Old Market Street which is just a 10-minute walk from Temple Meads train station, alternatively we offer secure onsite parking for our staff.
